5th Time as an Inc. Best Workplace

Launch Potato has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list for the fifth time. The list reflects American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures.

Launch Potato is a digital media company that connects advertisers to customers throughout the consumer journey. Based in Delray Beach, Florida, with a global team, Launch Potato aims to transform how consumers discover and engage with products and services that make their lives better.

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company took part in an employee survey which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking.
