PRESS RELEASE | JUNE 2, 2022 | Launch Potato has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces List for a third consecutive year.
The list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or virtual facility.
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 475 honorees this year. Launch Potato came in just under the top 3 medium companies with a score of 96.33 compared to the top 3 with scores of 97 and a benefits score that was 15.5% higher than other finalists of the same size.
“Not long ago, the term ‘best workplace’ would have conjured up images of open-office designs with stocked snack fridges,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Yet given the widespread adoption of remote work, the concept of the workplace has shifted. This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.”
Launch Potato has worked hard to establish itself as a remote-first company with a focus on a people-first culture. The metrics above are a testament to the success of our culture, but the text responses further acknowledge Launch Potato is a special place to work.
