Digital Marketing Coordinator

This is an opportunity to assist in the day-to-day trafficking and operations of campaigns across multiple LP digital businesses. This is a full-time position out of our Delray Beach office; remote not available.

This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided and you’ll work closely with our Marketing Managers to learn the ins and outs of campaign management.

Our entire team is very hands-on, including the founders. This role would also be hands-on.

THE ROLE - TL:DR

You’ll be responsible for the set up, testing, troubleshooting and quality control of new and existing campaigns. You’ll follow and document processes, suggest improvements, and ensure campaigns are executed and tracking properly.

This is a position that requires extreme attention to detail and an aptitude for new technical skills and processes. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to master their role.

You’ll work closely with the team to understand ad placements and work within our internal system to effectively manage and test campaigns across different devices/browsers.

You believe in meticulously checking the accuracy of your setup, are slightly OCD about making sure tracking is set up properly, and know doing end-to-end user testing yourself is the best way to QA a new campaign. You take pride in knowing your campaigns work as intended and enjoy daily wins in the tasks you accomplish.

You’ll ultimately become an expert on our marketing channels and ad placements to drive ROI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end setup of campaigns in a variety of digital channels

• Traffic, test, troubleshoot, and QA campaigns and ad rendering across different environments (devices/browsers)

• Create tracking pixels/postbacks, 3rd party tags; advise on correct implementation and QA with internal teams

• Frequently communicate with Marketing Managers regarding upcoming campaign launches, status of existing campaigns

• Resolve operational issues through quick thinking, problem solving and appropriate action

• Execute changes as needed

• Become familiar with different phases of a partner’s campaign cycle

• Provide feedback to engineers; request new features for our system, proactively suggest changes to improve process efficiency and effective use of your time

• Work with internal teams (marketing, engineering, design) to understand campaign variables and performance across brands and placements

• Ultimately become the in-house expert on our tracking platform and proper campaign setup

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• Extreme attention to detail

• High technical aptitude and basic understanding of HTML

• Ability to accurately document and communicate procedures

• Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google GSuite equivalent

• Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around online advertising metrics

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a startup atmosphere

• Familiarity or aptitude to learn different conversion tracking platforms/methods

• Passionate about the Internet as a whole and learning the ins and outs of online marketing

KNOW THESE? EVEN BETTER!

• Prior hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in performance/affiliate marketing or programmatic marketing

• HTML

• Understanding of cookies and tracking protocols: pixel-based tracking (image, iFrame), server-side tracking

• Experience using tracking/ad serving tools like DFP, Zedo, OpenX, HitPath, AdZerk, Cake or HasOffers

• Photoshop - comfortable modifying advertiser mockup/pitch decks

• Experience in creative ideation and prototyping of user experiences

AVAILABILITY

Our normal team work hours are roughly 10am-5pm ET M-F. However, monetization is a mission-critical part of our business and there may be times where you need to monitor performance earlier in the morning, later at night, and on weekends as needed.

Additionally, we are a distributed digital team and there may be late/early meetings due to different time zones. We always try to work with everyone's schedules but at times there may be meetings earlier in the morning and later at night.
